You might be thinking, that's an odd name, even for Voodoo; why'd you settle on that? Well, over the course of a year, we brew a lot of different collaboration, specialty, and one-off beers that require us to bring in many raw materials we don't regularly use – most specifically, numerous varieties of barley. Curt had the idea to thoughtfully and carefully put some of these leftover ingredients together into a new stout recipe that he jokingly deemed a "garbage stout." As we kicked around the idea in the brewery and actually brewed the beer, it evolved into something we were internally calling Hot Garbage. We liked it, the name stuck and we're fully embracing it. This first batch of Hot Garbage is a bit of a departure from some of the imperial stouts that we've made in the past, as it is composed of a smaller amount of highly roasted malts, isn't quite as dry and features a generous amount of Belgian biscuit malt, along with an extended boil.

16 oz Pint Kettle hopped Czech Pilsner with Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Dry hpped with Nelson Sauvin Hops. 5.3% ABV

Irish Red Ale - 4.8%

North Country Guest Tap - Firehouse Red 
This red is a rich, malty, ruby-colored pale ale with a smooth finish. 5.5% ABV

Trails to Ales Brewery's Broken Spoke Blueberry Wheat is a classic American, wheat beer, aged on a truck-load of fresh blueberries. 5% ABV and poured in a 16oz Pint Glass.

At Tröegs, artisanal meets mechanical in a state of IPA we call Perpetual. Cycling through our HopBack vessel and dry-hopping method, this bold Imperial Pale Ale emerges rife with sticky citrus rind, pine balm and tropical fruit. 7.5% ABV

Erie Ale Works Tattooed Lady is their main workhorse beer. Lovingly and continually referred to as their solid "beer-flavored" beer, this light yellow liquid satisfies every type of drinker no matter your background. 4.6% ABV
